I don't know to teach it except I hope suffering happens to you. I use the phrase 'pain and suffering' with great glee. You want to refine the character of the company, you want greatness, greatness comes from character, and character comes from those that have suffered - Jensen Huang
We want to create positive environments and learning situations. Make it fun, interesting, rewarding, joyful, which it can be. But some lessons learned the hard way are the lessons that shape and form us. Touch the stove once, never touch it again.
